Senior Finance Manager - Home Appliances [Up to 100K/mth]

Job Responsibilities 

• Collaborate closely with regional leadership team to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the finance teams across different markets, ensuring alignment with cluster and corporate financial goals.
• Take a lead role in all cluster Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, driving budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure that cluster financial strategies and initiatives are aligned with regional and corporate finance objectives.
• Ensure adherence to local, regional, and corporate financial regulations and policies across all markets.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations, reporting accuracy, and FP&A processes.
• Provide clear and actionable financial insights to stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably in a business unit or multi-country role.
• Strong operational experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize financial processes in complex environments.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong business acumen, understanding the broader business context, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop high- performing finance teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through change in a dynamic environment.
