Senior Business Analyst (up to 56K, 1 year renewable contract)

  Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, translating insights into precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Take responsibility for functional enhancements and integrations of the customer-facing mobile app, aiming to improve the experience for both external and internal users.
• Proactively engage with management stakeholders to present innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive organizational growth.

• Analyze and document existing business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies, exploring opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate on business cases, reports, and presentations, providing analytical insights to support decision-making.
• Work closely project team and vendors to achieve project objectives to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in creating comprehensive test plans, engaging with business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality and support defect investigation.
• Prepare user-friendly training materials for business users post-launch to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions.

• Hold a recognized university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Have  a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis and digital product management, with at least 2 years in mobile applications.
• Work independently with a strong drive to lead transformation projects.
• Possess persuasive communication skills to effectively present solutions to management-level stakeholders.
• Have experience working in Agile methodology and applying its principles to project management.
• Align project goals with delivery methods to ensure successful outcomes.
• Have strong analytical skills to create commercial models for digital solutions and explain complex technical ideas clearly.
• Use experience from cross-business innovation projects to offer insights for strategic initiatives.
• Maintain a keen motivation for continuous learning, staying abreast of new technologies and trends.
• Be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple initiatives under pressure and tight timelines.
• Communicate fluently in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
