Procurement Manager - IT [Up to 55K/mth]

Job Responsibilities 

• Handle end-to-end procurement projects within IT, hardware and software categories 
• Conduct effective sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance management 
• Manage communications with all internal and external stakeholders relevant to procurement process/projects 

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 5+ years experience gained from financial services and/or banking industry preferred, but not a must 
• MUST have experience handling IT, software and/or hardware procurement 
• Strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin a MUST
• Strong negotiation, analytical and inter-personal skills 
• Experience and knowledge in SAP or e-Procurement would be an advantage 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
