Job Responsibilities

  • Adopt controls and governance on incentive and compensation calculation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders for the smooth process of business channel compensation calculation and compensation scheme design.
  • Work closely with finance team for accrual expense.
  • Assemble performance statistics, analyses and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support salary & compensation calculation for all business channels.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of distribution payments, calculations and refunds.
  • Sales incentive arrangement support and data analysis.
  • Assemble performance statistics, analyses and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Handle compensation enquiries from different stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate major in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2+ years of solid experience in compensation calculation in insurance / financial industry.
  • Able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail minded and passionate to communicate with channels.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in insurance products and operation process is essential.
  • Excellent skills in Excel formula and data handling.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English communications.
