Our client is a top local leading insurance company, they're looking for a Administrative Assistant to join their Sales Support team.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to relevant teams of business partners & handle all daily communication & pending cases with partners / CE colleagues / related departments to ensure all customers’ requests have been properly executed and within agreed turnaround time.
- Assist in daily operations including client new application documents checking, validation and payment machine handle.
- Support the administrative work to the team on sales & marketing areas.
- Prepare different tracking reports to provide manager an overview for the status of different sales & administration activities handled by the team.
- Handle the licensing and registration affairs of insurance intermediaries.
- Assist in ad hoc UATs and assignments.Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 5 Subjects passed in HKCEE/DSE or above.
- Passed IIQE Paper 1,3 is a must. (Paper 2 will be an advantage).
- At least 2 years administration/ sales support experience in banking/ insurance industry.
- Have experiences and capabilities to handle all matters in relation to sales administration.
- Able to use MS Office efficiently including Excel (such as Pivot Table)
- Team player, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in reading and writing English; native Cantonese speaking.
- Immediately available is preferred.
